B-Smart Hotel Bendern

The glass bathroom, wow what a great idea-totally not uncomfy! I can't believe the hotel thought it was a good idea to have my privacy in the bathroom just out the window. I stayed expecting a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but received nothing. Just so unreal, woulda given more stars, but just couldn't.

enjoyed our time here. we where moved to a junior suite and had an electronic key card, a multi-channel tv, and a study table. the breakfast was great, the check in was fast. besides, free wi-fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. the location was particularly good, in the relaxation area and the interior design was nice.

The lack of on-site staff made it difficult to get help when needed!!! The self-check-in process was complicated and confusing!!! Room keys frequently malfunctioned, leaving me stranded outside my room!!!

Breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of hot and cold foods. The evening meal in the restaurant was great, and the staff were really helpful. Our Junior Suite wasnice and neat, and I really appreciated the free laundry service.

The hotel is relaxing and comfy with welcoming employees with excellent customer service. The location was great and stunning, 10 min walk from bus station...

Perfect and nicely decorated place with amazingly nice staff and favourable location close up to a casino. Location adjacent to Liechtenstein and even shops. Fast check-in, parking on site. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, made for a great night's sleep. I loved kicking back on the sun terrace and enjoying the view, while the sauna was a nice bonus after a long day. The only bummer was the pillows-they could've been a bit fluffier 🌞

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed biking and hitting the slopes nearby. The room was awesome, and we loved chilling on the balcony. Definitely check out the breakfast-it fuels you up nicely. Free parking was super convenient, too.

Check-in was a bit tricky since it was all automated. Figured it out eventually, but could've used more guidance at first.

The room was so modern and clean, big and airy with flexible lighting. Loved the balcony view! The bathroom had everything, and the amenities included a tv, sofa, and safe. The spa facilities were great, especially the sauna and fitness center. Breakfast was good quality, despite not a ton of choices.

Nice free breakfast with hot options, but wi-fi was slow at times.

the bathroom floor was super wet when we checked in, kinda risky. but wow, the breakfast was packed with tasty options like hot bacon and eggs. room was nicely designed and spacious too. loved the free parking right up front!

The rooms are fairly quiet and impressive, featuring a writing table and WiFi, along with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location is great, conveniently situated next to bus lines, Bendern, and the town center, as well as a shop just down the road.
